- Τηρείς τις καθορισμένες διαδικασίες για την προετοιμασία, παραλαβή, αποθήκευση και υγιεινή τροφίμων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Προετοιμασία φαγητού, διαδικασίες προετοιμασίας φαγητού και mise en place.
- Υγιεινή τροφίμων, ασφάλεια τροφίμων, πρότυπα HACCP και διαδικασίες υγιεινής και απολύμανσης.
- Ανάγνωση συνταγών και γρήγορη και ακριβής εργασία.
- Οργανωτικές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.
- Αγγλική γλώσσα
