- Διασφαλίζεις την ομαλή και αποτελεσματική λειτουργία του εστιατορίου κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας
- Καθοδηγείς, εκπαιδεύεις και αναπτύσσεις την ομάδα, δημιουργώντας θετικό και παραγωγικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον
- Παρακολουθείς και επιτυγχάνεις τους στόχους πωλήσεων, εργατικού κόστους και food & beverage cost σύμφωνα με το budget
- Υλοποιείς προωθητικές ενέργειες και marketing initiatives εντός του εστιατορίου
- Διασφαλίζεις την ποιότητα των προϊόντων και την άριστη εξυπηρέτηση σύμφωνα με τα διεθνή πρότυπα των KFC
- Τηρείς τις διαδικασίες λειτουργίας και τις προδιαγραφές Υγιεινής και Ασφάλειας Τροφίμων (HACCP)
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώσεις διοίκησης επιχειρήσεων, οικονομικής ανάλυσης και λογιστικής
- Διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη ανθρώπων με ηγετικές και διοικητικές δεξιότητες
- Χειρισμός Η/Υ και εφαρμογών Microsoft Office
- Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και προσανατολισμός στην επίτευξη στόχων
- Τήρηση διαδικασιών HACCP
- Πάθος για την εστίαση και προώθηση marketing initiatives
- Hospitality / Business Administration / Related Fieldκατά προτίμηση
