- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions ensuring security and scalability
- Build and maintain low-latency, high-throughput services focusing on performance, reliability, and correctness
- Integrate services with internal and external systems with robust error handling and operational readiness
- Own production outcomes including on-call support, incident triage, root-cause analysis, and fixes
- Improve engineering standards via code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and continuous refactoring
- Identify recurring issues and translate insights into measurable improvements in system stability and productivity
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and engage in communities of practice to adopt emerging technologies

- Java and Spring coding skills with strong fundamentals
