full stack developer [java / spring boot / react / next.js]

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications and complex information systems, working with cutting-edge technologies across both backend and frontend environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop modern full-stack web applications

• Build and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot

• Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js/Next.js

• Built responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Tailwind CSS and custom CSS, with close attention to usability, accessibility, and visual detail

• Write clean, efficient, and secure code following best practices

• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

• Analyze and troubleshoot technical and application issues

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technologies

• Document technical solutions and development phases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• 1–2 years of professional experience in software development

• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot

• Experience developing web applications with React.js

• Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows

• Knowledge of build tools such as Maven or Gradle

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns

• Experience working with RESTful APIs

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Passion for technology and software development

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems

• Organized and detail-oriented approach

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow professionally

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript

• Experience with Next.js

• Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL)

• Experience with ORM frameworks (JPA / Hibernate)

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Jotai)

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)

• Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger / OpenAPI

• Experience with Jasper Reports

• Previous involvement in Public Sector projects
