- Σχεδιάζεις, αναπτύσσεις και παραδίδεις κλιμακούμενες, ασφαλείς και συντηρήσιμες εταιρικές εφαρμογές χρησιμοποιώντας σύγχρονες πρακτικές μηχανικής λογισμικού και εργαλεία ανάπτυξης με υποστήριξη AI
- Χρησιμοποιείς εργαλεία ανάπτυξης με υποστήριξη AI όπως Claude, GitHub Copilot και Cursor για να επιταχύνεις την παράδοση ενώ διατηρείς την ευθύνη για την ποιότητα του κώδικα και τις τεχνικές αποφάσεις
- Επανεξετάζεις, επικυρώνεις και βελτιώνεις τον κώδικα που παράγεται από AI ώστε να εξασφαλίζεις την ετοιμότητα για παραγωγή, την ασφάλεια και τη συντηρησιμότητα
- Συμμετέχεις σε όλο τον κύκλο ζωής ανάπτυξης λογισμικού, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του σχεδιασμού, της υλοποίησης, των δοκιμών, της ανάπτυξης και των συνεχών βελτιώσεων
- Συνεισφέρεις σε συζητήσεις αρχιτεκτονικής, τεχνικές αποφάσεις και αναθεωρήσεις κώδικα, προωθώντας την αριστεία στην μηχανική εντός των ομάδων παράδοσης
- Εφαρμόζεις σύγχρονες πρακτικές ανάπτυξης όπως Git, CI/CD, αυτοματοποιημένος έλεγχος και αρχές DevOps για την παράδοση αξιόπιστων λύσεων λογισμικού
- Λύνεις σύνθετα τεχνικά προβλήματα, βελτιστοποιείς εφαρμογές και συνεργάζεσαι με πολυεπιστημονικές ομάδες για τη μετάφραση των επιχειρησιακών αναγκών σε τεχνολογικές λύσεις
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Βασικές αρχές software engineering, αντικειμενοστραφής προγραμματισμός και βέλτιστες πρακτικές καθαρού κώδικα
- Αρχές σχεδιασμού λογισμικού και ανάπτυξη εταιρικών εφαρμογών
- Σύγχρονες γλώσσες προγραμματισμού και APIs
- Git, αυτοματοποιημένος έλεγχος, CI/CD pipelines και αρχές DevOps
- Εργαλεία ανάπτυξης με υποστήριξη AI

Περιγραφή Θέσης
As an experienced Software Engineer, you'll contribute to the evolution of enterprise - scale software solutions, working across modern technology platforms and architectures. You will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with AI - assisted development practices to accelerate delivery, improve quality and build scalable solutions for our clients.
You will:
Design, develop and deliver scalable, secure and maintainable enterprise software solutions using modern engineering practices and AI - assisted development approaches;
Leverage AI development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar technologies to accelerate delivery while maintaining ownership of code quality and technical decisions;
Review, validate and improve AI - generated code to ensure production readiness, security and maintainability;
Participate across the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation ,testing, deployment and continuous improvements;
Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decisions and code reviews, promoting engineering excellence within delivery teams;
Apply modern development practices including GIT, CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps principles to deliver reliable software solutions;
Solve complex technical challenges, optimize applications and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into technology solutions.

To qualify for the role you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field;
3+ years of experience in developing software applications in enterprise environments;
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including object - oriented programming, clean code practices and software design principles;
Experience with modern programming languages and the ability to adapt across different technology stacks;
Experience building enterprise applications, backend services, APIs or distributed systems, with understanding across different layers of the technology stack;
Hands - on experience with modern development practices including Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles;
Experience using AI - assisted development tools (such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, with the ability to review and validate AI - generated solutions;
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
