Τι θα κάνεις
- Εγκαθιστάς, δοκιμάζεις και συντηρείς καλωδιακά συστήματα, όπως οπτικές ίνες, χαλκό και ομοαξονικά καλώδια
- Δίνεις σαφείς οδηγίες στην ομάδα εγκατάστασης καλωδίων σχετικά με τις ευθύνες και τους στόχους τους
- Εργάζεσαι για εκτεταμένες περιόδους σε παράκτιες και υπεράκτιες τοποθεσίες
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και επιβλέπεις τις ομάδες εγκατάστασης στο εργοστάσιο και σε διάφορα έργα
- Διατηρείς διαδικασίες ποιοτικού ελέγχου
- Παρακολουθείς και ελέγχεις την ποιότητα της διαδικασίας εγκατάστασης
- Εποπτεύεις και καθοδηγείς την πορεία του έργου, διασφαλίζοντας τη συμμόρφωση με τις προδιαγραφές του πελάτη
- Διατηρείς περιεκτικά αρχεία τοποθεσίας
- Διεξάγεις επιθεωρήσεις ασφαλείας και διασφαλίζεις την ασφάλεια κατασκευής και χώρου
- Παρακολουθείς το χρονοδιάγραμμα του έργου, συντονίζεις δραστηριότητες και επιλύεις προβλήματα
- Ελέγχεις το σχέδιο του έργου και τα κόστη
- Ετοιμάζεις αναφορές κατάστασης έργου συλλέγοντας, αναλύοντας και συνοψίζοντας πληροφορίες και τάσεις, προτείνοντας ενεργειες
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Ηλεκτρολόγος, Μηχανολόγος ή Πολιτικός Μηχανικός
- Εμπειρία σε εγκατάσταση καλωδίων και επίβλεψη ομάδων
- Εξοικείωση με MS Project, Microsoft Excel και Microsoft Word
- Επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες για συνεργασία με ομάδες
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση χρόνου για πολλαπλές προτεραιότητες
- Συμμόρφωση με πρωτόκολλα ασφάλειας και ποιοτικό έλεγχο
- Προσαρμοστικότητα σε απαιτητικά και δυναμικά περιβάλλοντα

Our production plants in Thiva & Oinofyta, Greece manufactures low, medium, high and extra high voltage land power cables, telecommunication cables, plastic as well as rubber compounds, individually tailored to customers’ specifications.
Sousaki’s Plant in Corinth, Greece manufactures medium, high and extra high voltage submarine cables, submarine fiber optic cables as well as composite cables, special purpose cables. Fully-equipped port facilities operate within the plant to ensure immediate cable loading onto cable ships.
Our industrial facilities in Bucharest, Romania produce a wide product portfolio which includes cables for indoor installations, power, control, industrial applications, low and medium voltage, are-retardant, are-resistant and halogen-free cables, mine cables, marine and special-requirement cables, telecommunication cables, signaling, remote control and data transmission cables, as well as plastic and rubber compounds.
