Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και παρακολουθείς την υλοποίηση τεχνικών και κατασκευαστικών έργων σε όλες τις φάσεις.
- Συντονίζεις διεπιστημονικές τεχνικές ομάδες και διασφαλίζεις την αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία μεταξύ των εμπλεκομένων.
- Εποπτεύεις τον προγραμματισμό έργου, τον προϋπολογισμό και τις αναφορές.
- Υποστηρίζεις και επιβλέπεις την προετοιμασία και την ανασκόπηση μελετών κτιριακών και τεχνικών.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι συμβατικές υποχρεώσεις, αλληλογραφία και την τεκμηρίωση έργου.
- Παρακολουθείς την πρόοδο του έργου μέσω διαδικασιών ελέγχου έργου και μηχανισμών αναφοράς.
- Υποστηρίζεις την τεχνική προετοιμασία και ωρίμανση των έργων πριν τις φάσεις υλοποίησης και ανάθεσης.
- Ανιχνεύεις κινδύνους, καθυστερήσεις και τεχνικές προκλήσεις και προτείνεις μέτρα άμβλυνσης.
- Συμμετέχεις σε τεχνικές και συντονιστικές συναντήσεις με πελάτες, μελετητές, εργολάβους και αρχές.
- Εξασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με κανονισμούς, πρότυπα και συμβατικές απαιτήσεις.

- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση Έργου, Προγραμματισμός Έργου, Διαχείριση Προϋπολογισμού, Ελεγχος Έργου (Project Controls)
- Διαχείριση Συμβάσεων, Σύνταξη Αναφορών, Τεχνικές Μελέτες
- Επικοινωνία, Συντονισμός, Ηγεσία, Επίλυση Προβλημάτων
- Συμμόρφωση, Τεχνικά Πρότυπα Μηχανικών, Κατασκευαστικά Πρότυπα
- MS Office
