Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τον/την Υπεύθυνο/η Εστιατορίου στις καθημερινές λειτουργίες, την εποπτεία και την εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού.
- Διασφαλίζεις ότι το προσωπικό τηρεί τα πρότυπα και τις διαδικασίες εξυπηρέτησης.
- Παρακολουθείς την εμπειρία των επισκεπτών και αντιμετωπίζεις άμεσα τυχόν ζητήματα.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και τη διατήρηση επαρκών προμηθειών.
- Διευκολύνεις την αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία μεταξύ του προσωπικού για την ομαλή παροχή υπηρεσιών.
- Συμμετέχεις στην κατάρτιση προγραμμάτων προσωπικού και στη διατήρηση θετικού εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εποπτεία εστιατορίου και φιλοξενίας, Leadership και Λειτουργίες Food & Beverage
- Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού και Κατάρτιση προγράμματος προσωπικού
- Customer service και Διαχείριση παραπόνων επισκεπτών
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Επικοινωνία και Διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
