Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις συνολικές λειτουργίες Housekeeping και laundry και συντονίζεις την ομάδα Housekeeping.
- Εφαρμόζεις και τηρείς τα πρότυπα και τις διαδικασίες Housekeeping και laundry σε όλη την εγκατάσταση.
- Αναπτύσσεις αποτελεσματικές σχέσεις συνεργασίας με άλλα τμήματα για ομαλή επικοινωνία και συνεργασία.
- Καταρτίζεις και διατηρείς προγράμματα εργασίας, προσαρμόζοντας τη στελέχωση στην πληρότητα.
- Παρακολουθείς και ελέγχεις τα αποθέματα καθαριστικών και λευκών ειδών.
- Επιθεωρείς και συντηρείς τον εξοπλισμό και τα μηχανήματα, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των συσκευών των δωματίων.
- Εκπαιδεύεις, καθοδηγείς και υποστηρίζεις το προσωπικό Housekeeping για την παροχή άριστης εξυπηρέτησης.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διοίκηση Housekeeping και λειτουργίες Housekeeping και laundry.
- Ηγεσία και διοίκηση ομάδας.
- Επικοινωνία και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
- Διαχείριση χρόνου και multitasking.
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και εργασία υπό πίεση.
- Χρήση προγραμμάτων Η/Υ.
