Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις συνολικές λειτουργίες housekeeping και laundry, καθώς και την ομάδα housekeepers.
- Εφαρμόζεις και τηρείς τα πρότυπα και τις διαδικασίες housekeeping και laundry σε όλη την ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα.
- Καλλιεργείς αποτελεσματικές σχέσεις συνεργασίας με άλλα τμήματα για ομαλή επικοινωνία και λειτουργία.
- Καταρτίζεις και τηρείς ολοκληρωμένα προγράμματα εργασίας, προσαρμόζοντας τη στελέχωση στην πληρότητα.
- Παρακολουθείς και ελέγχεις τα αποθέματα καθαριστικών και λευ2026κών ειδών.
- Επιθεωρείς και συντηρείς τον εξοπλισμό, τα μηχανήματα και τις συσκευές των δωματίων.
- Εκπαιδεύεις, καθοδηγείς και υποστηρίζεις το προσωπικό housekeeping για την παροχή άριστης εξυπηρέτησης.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Housekeeping και λειτουργίες laundry
- Leadership και διαχείριση ομάδας
- Επικοινωνία και άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση χρόνου
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, multitasking και εργασία υπό πίεση
- Έλεγχος αποθεμάτων, προγραμματισμός βαρδιών και γνώση computer programs
