- Υποδέχεσαι τους επισκέπτες και τους ενημερώνεις για τις εγκαταστάσεις και τις υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου.
- Παρέχεις εξατομικευμένες προτάσεις και υποστήριξη για αξιοθέατα, εστιατόρια, μετακινήσεις και άλλες υπηρεσίες.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι κρατήσεις και οργανώνεις μετακινήσεις, ξεναγήσεις και άλλες δραστηριότητες.
- Απαντάς άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά σε ερωτήματα και αιτήματα επισκεπτών.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και επιλύεις παράπονα ή προβλήματα επισκεπτών, κλιμακώνοντάς τα όπου χρειάζεται.
- Τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία αλληλεπιδράσεων και αιτημάτων επισκεπτών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Υπηρεσίες Concierge και σχέσεις με επισκέπτες
- Γνώση της τοπικής περιοχής και των αξιοθέατων
- Διαχείριση κρατήσεων και διοργάνωση μετακινήσεων και ξεναγήσεων
- Επίλυση παραπόνων επισκεπτών και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών, ιεράρχηση προτεραιοτήτων και λήψη αποφάσεων
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
Παροχές
- Ανταγωνιστικές αποδοχές και πρόσθετες παροχές, διαμονή εφόσον είναι απαραίτητο με πλήρη διατροφή, υποστήριξη μετακίνησης ή/και κάλυψη ταξιδιωτικών εξόδων, καθώς και πρόσβαση σε προγράμματα εκπαίδευσης και επιμόρφωσης.
- Οι παροχές περιλαμβάνουν επίσης ανάπτυξη καριέρας, εσωτερική κινητικότητα, ευκαιρίες μακροπρόθεσμης εξέλιξης και εκπτώσεις εργαζομένων στα ξενοδοχεία της Grecotel και σε επιλεγμένες συνεργαζόμενες επιχειρήσεις.
