- Υποδέχεσαι τους επισκέπτες και τους ενημερώνεις για τις εγκαταστάσεις και τις υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου.
- Παρέχεις εξατομικευμένες προτάσεις και υποστήριξη για τοπικά αξιοθέατα, εστιατόρια, μετακινήσεις και άλλες υπηρεσίες.
- Πραγματοποιείς κρατήσεις και οργανώνεις μετακινήσεις, περιηγήσεις και άλλες δραστηριότητες.
- Απαντάς άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά σε ερωτήματα και αιτήματα επισκεπτών.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και επιλύεις παράπονα ή ζητήματα επισκεπτών, κλιμακώνοντάς τα όπου χρειάζεται.
- Τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία των αλληλεπιδράσεων και των αιτημάτων των επισκεπτών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εμπειρία σε Concierge services και Luxury hotel operations.
- Γνώση της τοπικής περιοχής και των αξιοθέατων.
- Guest reservations, Transportation and tour arrangements και Guest inquiry handling.
- Complaint resolution και Guest interaction recordkeeping.
- Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Multitasking και Prioritization.
- Problem-solving, Decision-making και English fluency.
