Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποδέχεσαι τους επισκέπτες και παρέχεις πληροφορίες για τις εγκαταστάσεις, τις υπηρεσίες και τα τοπικά αξιοθέατα.
- Υποστηρίζεις τις διαδικασίες check-in και check-out με ακρίβεια και αποτελεσματικότητα.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι άμεσα και επαγγελματικά ερωτήματα, αιτήματα και παράπονα επισκεπτών.
- Συντονίζεσαι με τα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου για την ικανοποίηση των αιτημάτων των επισκεπτών.
- Γνωρίζεις τις ξενοδοχειακές υπηρεσίες και τις προσφορές, ώστε να εξυπηρετείς αποτελεσματικά τους επισκέπτες.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με συναδέλφους και άλλα τμήματα, συμβάλλοντας σε θετικό ομαδικό περιβάλλον.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και Guest relations
- Επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Διαδικασίες check-in και check-out και γνώση ξενοδοχειακών υπηρεσιών
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Multitasking, ιεράρχηση εργασιών και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και συνεργασία σε ομάδα
