- Τηρείς διαδικασίες καθαριότητας και πρότυπα ασφάλειας
- Βοηθάς στην εκπαίδευση και εξέλιξη νεότερου προσωπικού κουζίνας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Τεχνικές μαγειρικής και τήρηση συνταγών
- Έλεγχος ποιότητας τροφίμων και κανονισμοί ασφάλειας τροφίμων
- Διαχείριση αποθέματος και αποθήκευση/επισήμανση τροφίμων
- Καθαριότητα κουζίνας και διαδικασίες καθαριότητας
- Ομαδική συνεργασία και δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας
- Πολλαπλές εργασίες ταυτόχρονα (Multitasking)
- Εκπαίδευση νεότερου προσωπικού
