Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ερωτήματα, ειδικά αιτήματα, επικοινωνίες, μηνύματα, πακέτα και παραδόσεις επισκεπτών.
- Υποστηρίζεις κρατήσεις εστιατορίων, μετακινήσεων, περιηγήσεων και δραστηριοτήτων.
- Προτείνεις εξατομικευμένες επιλογές προορισμών.
- Τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία αιτημάτων, κρατήσεων και ενεργειών παρακολούθησης.
- Υποστηρίζεις δράσεις service recovery και ικανοποίησης επισκεπτών.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου για ομαλή εμπειρία επισκεπτών.
- Εφαρμόζεις τις αξίες και τα πρότυπα εξυπηρέτησης της Four Seasons σε κάθε αλληλεπίδραση.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών και διαχείριση αιτημάτων επισκεπτών
- Διαχείριση κρατήσεων και προτάσεις προορισμών
- Επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών
- Εξοικείωση με ηλεκτρονικούς υπολογιστές και Microsoft Office
- Επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα, επαγγελματισμός, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ευελιξία σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Τουρισμός / Διαχείριση Ξενοδοχείων / Διαχείριση Εμπειρίας Επισκεπτών / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση

- Πρακτική άσκηση διάρκειας 6 μηνών σε ένα παγκοσμίως αναγνωρισμένο περιβάλλον πολυτελούς φιλοξενίας, με πρακτική έκθεση στις λειτουργίες Concierge, τις υπηρεσίες προορισμού, τις κρατήσεις και τις εξατομικευμένες εμπειρίες επισκεπτών.
- Παρέχονται καθοδήγηση και coaching μέσω ειδικά assigned buddy και mentor, καθώς και ευκαιρίες συνεργασίας μεταξύ τμημάτων και ανάπτυξης επαγγελματικού δικτύου.
