Τι θα κάνεις
- Περιγράφεις και παρουσιάζεις μενού και ποτά στους πελάτες με γνώση και ενδιαφέρον
- Μεταδίδεις τις παραγγελίες των πελατών στην κουζίνα και συντονίζεις την έγκαιρη παράδοση
- Βοηθάς στη στήσιμο και καθαρισμό τραπεζιών, μπουφέδων και χώρων εξυπηρέτησης
- Αναλαμβάνεις την προμήθεια και αποθήκευση υλικών όπως τραπεζομάντηλα και ποτήρια
- Σερβίρεις ορεκτικά, καφέ, τσάι, ψωμί και βούτυρο σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα Four Seasons
- Παρέχεις διακριτική και επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση σε περιόδους αιχμής
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τις ομάδες κουζίνας, καθαρισμού και εξυπηρέτησης για ομαλή λειτουργία
- Χειρίζεσαι μηχανήματα τσαγιού/καφέ και βοηθάς σε υπηρεσίες δωματίου και άλλων χώρων
- Τηρείς πρωτόκολλα ασφαλείας και υγιεινής και ανταποκρίνεσαι σε έκτακτες καταστάσεις
- Βοηθάς σε άλλες εργασίες όπως καθαρισμός τραπεζιών, σέρβις και συντήρηση εξοπλισμού
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Σερβίρισμα φαγητού και ποτού
- Άπταιστα Αγγλικά και προτιμητέα γνώση Ελληνικών
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και ομαδική συνεργασία
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και διαχείριση χρόνου
- Χειρισμός τροφίμων και υγιεινή
