Τι θα κάνεις
- Βοηθάς στην περιγραφή και παρουσίαση των μενού φαγητού και ποτών στους πελάτες
- Επικοινωνείς τις παραγγελίες και ειδικά αιτήματα στην κουζίνα και συντονίζεις την έγκαιρη παράδοση
- Βοηθάς στη διαμόρφωση, καθαρισμό και συντήρηση τραπεζιών, μπουφέδων και σημεία εξυπηρέτησης
- Αναπληρώνεις αποθέματα από λευκά είδη, σκεύη και άλλα εφόδια τροφίμων και ποτών
- Σερβίρεις ορεκτικά, καφέ, τσάι, ψωμί και βούτυρο σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα Four Seasons
- Παρέχεις διακριτική και επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση, υποστηρίζοντας την ομάδα σε περιόδους υψηλού φόρτου
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τις ομάδες κουζίνας, στεγνώματος και καθαρισμού για ομαλή εξυπηρέτηση
- Χειρίζεσαι μηχανήματα τσαγιού και καφέ και βοηθάς στο σερβίρισμα σε δωμάτια και άλλα τμήματα
- Τηρείς πρωτόκολλα ασφάλειας και υγιεινής και ανταποκρίνεσαι σε καταστάσεις έκτακτης ανάγκης
- Βοηθάς σε άλλες εργασίες όπως καθαρισμός τραπεζιών, mise-en-place και γυάλισμα εξοπλισμού

- Πρωτόκολλα ασφάλειας και υγιεινής και Πιστοποίηση χειρισμού τροφίμων και υγιεινής
- Γνώσεις αγγλικής γλώσσας και Γνώσεις ελληνικής γλώσσας
