Τι θα κάνεις
- Εποπτεύεις, εκπαιδεύεις και καθοδηγείς ομάδα HR Generalists
- Λειτουργείς ως βασικό σημείο επαφής για πολύπλοκα ερωτήματα και καθοδήγηση προς διευθυντές και εργαζόμενους
- Συντονίζεις διαδικασίες προσλήψεων για τους ρόλους της ομάδας σου και διαχειρίζεσαι τις καθημερινές HR εργασίες
- Ετοιμάζεις και διαχειρίζεσαι την τεκμηρίωση HR και αναφορές σύμφωνα με τις εσωτερικές οδηγίες
- Συντονίζεις και υποστηρίζεις την εφαρμογή πολιτικών και διαδικασιών HR σε όλες τις επιχειρησιακές μονάδες
- Συμμετέχεις σε HR έργα και πρωτοβουλίες που αφορούν την εταιρική κουλτούρα, την εμπλοκή, την αναγνώριση και την ευημερία
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ευρύτερη ομάδα HR σε πρωτοβουλίες και δραστηριότητες σε επίπεδο ομίλου
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 7+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ικανότητες στην Εποπτεία Ομάδας και Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό
- Εμπειρία σε Προσλήψεις και Πολιτικές και Διαδικασίες HR
- Γνώση Τεκμηρίωσης και Αναφορών HR
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και δεξιότητες MS Office
- Ισχυρές Επικοινωνιακές και Διαπροσωπικές Δεξιότητες
- Οργανωτικές Δεξιότητες και Προσοχή στη Λεπτομέρεια
- Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Economicsκατά προτίμηση
