- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη διοίκηση απόδοσης και διαδικασίες ανάπτυξης καριέρας
- Εποπτεύεις την εκπαίδευση, εισαγωγή και ενσωμάτωση νέων μελών HR στην ομάδα και τον οργανισμό
- Δημιουργείς και διατηρείς συνεργασίες με τη διεύθυνση και τα μέλη της επιτροπής σχεδιασμού
- Λειτουργείς ως στρατηγικός συνεργάτης επιχειρήσεων παρέχοντας συμβουλές και καθοδήγηση σε θέματα HR
- Υποστηρίζεις και υλοποιείς πρωτοβουλίες εταιρικής συνεργασίας στο HR με συμμόρφωση σε πρότυπα της εταιρείας
- Συμμετέχεις σε πρωτοβουλίες προσέλκυσης ταλέντων όπως εκθέσεις καριέρας και ταξίδια προσλήψεων
- Εντοπίζεις έμπειρα στελέχη για υποστήριξη τμημάτων και συνεργάζεσαι με περιφερειακούς διευθυντές HR
- Δημιουργείς, προβλέπεις και εκτελείς σχέδια HR, προϋπολογισμούς και πολιτικές
- Οδηγείς οργανωτικές αλλαγές και διασφαλίζεις αποτελεσματική παράδοση προγραμμάτων HR και μαθησιακών πόρων
- Αναλύεις δεδομένα σε αποζημιώσεις και παροχές και προτείνεις βελτιώσεις με βάση τάσεις της αγοράς
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Στρατηγική ταλέντου και στρατηγικές προσλήψεων
- Διαχείριση απόδοσης και διαδικασίες ανάπτυξης καριέρας
- Εκπαίδευση και εισαγωγή νέων εργαζομένων
- Εταιρική συνεργασία στο HR και διαχείριση οργανωτικών αλλαγών
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων και διαχείριση σχέσεων εργαζομένων
- Διαχείριση πολυπολιτισμικών ομάδων και διαπροσωπικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Γνώση Εργατικού Δικαίου Ελλάδας
- Human Resources Management / Business Administration
