- Αναλαμβάνεις την ευθύνη παράδοσης για έναν ή περισσότερους λογαριασμούς, διασφαλίζοντας επιτυχία, ποιότητα και ικανοποίηση πελατών.
- Οργανώνεις ομάδες delivery και ξεκινάς έργα, διασφαλίζοντας κατάλληλη στελέχωση, δεξιότητες και πλαίσια παράδοσης.
- Επιβλέπεις επιλεγμένα έργα, διαχειριζόμενος κινδύνους, χρονοδιαγράμματα, ποιότητα και συντονισμό stakeholders.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Managers και Client Partners για επιτυχή παράδοση και ισχυρές σχέσεις με πελάτες.
- Υποστηρίζεις το άνοιγμα νέων και υφιστάμενων λογαριασμών μέσω συμβουλευτικής πώλησης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις σχέσεις με πελάτες και λειτουργείς ως κύριο σημείο επαφής τους.
- Συμβάλλεις σε ενέργειες business development και οικονομική εποπτεία.
- Επιβλέπεις ροές delivery, υλοποίηση έργων, κινδύνους και δείκτες ποιότητας.
- Συμμετέχεις σε Presales και συμβουλευτική πώληση για διαφορετικές τεχνολογίες.
- Παρέχεις καθοδήγηση σε αρχιτεκτονική υψηλού επιπέδου και υποστηρίζεις τη διαμόρφωση διαδικασιών SDLC.
- Επισκέπτεσαι τακτικά τα γραφεία πελατών στην Αθήνα για τη διατήρηση ισχυρών σχέσεων.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικές ομάδες για την επίτευξη στόχων έργων και την ενίσχυση της αξίας για τους πελάτες.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 10+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ανάληψη ευθύνης για το delivery και διαχείριση έργων enterprise software.
- Οργάνωση ομάδων delivery και χρονοπρογραμματισμός έργων.
- Διαχείριση κινδύνων, ποιότητας και οικονομική εποπτεία.
- Presales, συμβουλευτική πώληση και διαχείριση σχέσεων με πελάτες.
- Διαδικασίες SDLC και καθοδήγηση σε αρχιτεκτονική υψηλού επιπέδου.
- Συντονισμός stakeholders, ελληνική γλώσσα C1 και αγγλική γλώσσα B2.
