- Σχεδιάζεις ολοκληρωμένες αρχιτεκτονικές και λύσεις για σύνθετα προγράμματα μετασχηματισμού Salesforce.
- Συντονίζεις εργαστήρια διερεύνησης και καθορίζεις την αρχιτεκτονική-στόχο και τα πλάνα υλοποίησης.
- Σχεδιάζεις επεκτάσιμες λύσεις σε Sales Cloud, Service Cloud και Experience Cloud.
- Καθορίζεις στρατηγικές εφαρμογών, διασυνδέσεων, δεδομένων, ασφάλειας, ταυτότητας και περιβαλλόντων.
- Αρχιτεκτονείς agents και ροές εργασίας με AI, ελέγχους εμπιστοσύνης και ανθρώπινη εποπτεία.
- Σχεδιάζεις λύσεις δεδομένων πελατών για εισαγωγή, εναρμόνιση, επίλυση ταυτότητας, τμηματοποίηση και διακυβέρνηση.
- Σχεδιάζεις λύσεις quote-to-cash και κύκλου εσόδων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων προϊόντων, τιμολόγησης και διασυνδέσεων ERP.
- Παρέχεις αρχιτεκτονική καθοδήγηση, επανεξετάζεις σχέδια λύσεων και διαχειρίζεσαι τεχνικούς κινδύνους.
- Καθοδηγείς μοτίβα διασύνδεσης μέσω APIs, events, middleware και πλατφορμών enterprise integration.
- Συνεργάζεσαι για εκτιμήσεις, εύρος, συμβιβασμούς, μη λειτουργικές απαιτήσεις και σχεδιασμό εκδόσεων.
- Υποστηρίζεις presales με προτάσεις, εκτιμήσεις, παρουσιάσεις και τεχνικές συζητήσεις με πελάτες.
- Καθοδηγείς μηχανικούς και αρχιτέκτονες και προωθείς επαναχρησιμοποιήσιμα στοιχεία και κοινότητες πρακτικής.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 7+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Αρχιτεκτονική και σχεδιασμός λύσεων Salesforce, μοντελοποίηση δεδομένων και μοντέλα sharing και security.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud και Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce integrations, APIs και event-driven patterns.
- Apex, Lightning Web Components και Salesforce Flow.
- Architecture governance, DevOps και CI/CD, Data migration.
- English proficiency B2 or higher.
