- Ηγείσαι ανακαλύψεων, συνεντεύξεων στελεχών και διαλειτουργικών εργαστηρίων για τον καθορισμό στόχων και προτεραιοτήτων μετασχηματισμού.
- Αξιολογείς λειτουργικά μοντέλα, διαδικασίες, διαδρομές πελατών, ροές δεδομένων και τεχνολογικά τοπία, και ορίζεις αρχιτεκτονική-στόχο και οδικούς χάρτες.
- Μετατρέπεις επιχειρηματικές ανάγκες σε όραμα λύσης, χάρτες δυνατοτήτων, μοντέλα διαδικασιών, use cases, απαιτήσεις και δείκτες επιτυχίας.
- Διαμορφώνεις μετασχηματισμούς με Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud και συναφείς λύσεις.
- Εντοπίζεις και ιεραρχείς ευκαιρίες AI agents, καθορίζοντας ρόλους, δικλίδες, ανάγκες υιοθέτησης και αναμενόμενα αποτελέσματα.
- Ορίζεις επιχειρηματικές απαιτήσεις δεδομένων και σενάρια ενεργοποίησης, όπως ενοποιημένα προφίλ, τμηματοποίηση, συγκατάθεση και προσωποποίηση.
- Σχεδιάζεις ολοκληρωμένες διαδικασίες εσόδων και κύκλου ζωής πελάτη, από lead-to-cash και quote-to-cash έως εξυπηρέτηση και διατήρηση.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με solution και technical architects για τη σκοπιμότητα, συνοχή, επεκτασιμότητα και ιχνηλασιμότητα των απαιτήσεων.
- Αναλαμβάνεις ή υποστηρίζεις business cases, πλαίσια αξιοποίησης αξίας, ιεράρχηση, ορισμό εύρους και σταδιακούς οδικούς χάρτες.
- Ηγείσαι ή υποστηρίζεις presales, όπως αξιολόγηση ευκαιριών, διαμόρφωση λύσεων, προτάσεις, εκτιμήσεις, παρουσιάσεις και εργαστήρια πελατών.
- Παρέχεις διακυβέρνηση επιχειρηματικού σχεδιασμού κατά την υλοποίηση, υποστηρίζεις product ownership και υιοθέτηση αλλαγών και καθοδηγείς συμβούλους και business analysts.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 7+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud και Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Σχεδιασμός επιχειρηματικών λύσεων με Salesforce και επιχειρηματική αρχιτεκτονική.
- Business consulting, ανάλυση απαιτήσεων και διευκόλυνση εργαστηρίων ενδιαφερόμενων μερών.
- Διαδικασίες κύκλου ζωής πελάτη και μετασχηματισμός διαδικασιών.
- Ανάπτυξη business cases και οδικών χαρτών.
- Επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα επιπέδου B2 ή ανώτερου.
