- Λειτουργείς ως βασικό σημείο επικοινωνίας για τους πελάτες, εξασφαλίζοντας έγκαιρη και αποτελεσματική ενημέρωση.
- Αναλύεις και διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα υποστήριξης πελατών σχετικά με τις πωλήσεις και τις επιτόπιες εργασίες.
- Παρέχεις συνεχή υποστήριξη για CRM και Mobile εφαρμογές και βοηθάς τους πελάτες να επιλύουν ζητήματα συστημάτων.
- Καθοδηγείς τους πελάτες σχετικά με τις βέλτιστες πρακτικές και διασφαλίζεις τη βέλτιστη αξιοποίηση των συστημάτων.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικές ομάδες για τη διαχείριση αιτημάτων υποστήριξης και τη διασφάλιση υψηλής ποιότητας υπηρεσιών.
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με ομάδες ERP για την υποστήριξη της ολοκλήρωσης συστημάτων.
