- Υποδέχεσαι θερμά τους πελάτες και τους συνοδεύεις στα τραπέζια τους.
- Τους αποχαιρετάς ευγενικά, εκφράζοντας προσμονή για την επόμενη επίσκεψή τους.
- Παρέχεις άμεση και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του γεύματος.
- Καταγράφεις παραγγελίες και συναλλαγές σε συστήματα Point-of-Sale (POS).
- Παρέχεις πληροφορίες για το μενού και απαντάς σε ερωτήσεις για φαγητά και ποτά.
- Ολοκληρώνεις το κλείσιμο βάρδιας και εκκαθαρίζεις συναλλαγές με μετρητά και πιστωτικές κάρτες.
- Διατηρείς τους χώρους του εστιατορίου καθαρούς και οργανωμένους.
- Συντονίζεσαι με την κουζίνα και το bar για την έγκαιρη παράδοση φαγητού και ποτών.
- Επικοινωνείς με την κουζίνα για ερωτήσεις σχετικά με το μενού, αλλεργίες, διατροφικές ανάγκες και ειδικά αιτήματα.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Εξυπηρέτηση φαγητού και ποτών, λήψη παραγγελιών και γνώση μενού
- Συστήματα Point-of-Sale (POS) και εκκαθάριση συναλλαγών με μετρητά και πιστωτικές κάρτες
- Κανονισμοί υγείας, ασφάλειας και υγιεινής, καθώς και διαχείριση τροφικών αλλεργιών και διατροφικών αναγκών
- Καθαριότητα και οργάνωση εστιατορίου, συντονισμός κουζίνας και bar
- Σχεδιασμός και οργάνωση, Multitasking, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και Αγγλικά
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίαςκατά προτίμηση
