- Συνοδεύεις τους πελάτες στα τραπέζια τους
- Ευχαριστείς και αποχαιρετάς τους πελάτες εκφράζοντας ανυπομονησία για την επόμενη επίσκεψη
- Παρέχεις άμεση και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση καθόλη τη διάρκεια του γεύματος
- Δίνεις πληροφορίες για το μενού και απαντάς σε ερωτήσεις σχετικά με φαγητό και ποτά
- Καταγράφεις παραγγελίες σε συστήματα POS
- Ολοκληρώνεις το κλείσιμο βάρδιας στο POS και κάνεις ταμείο με μετρητά και κάρτες
- Διατηρείς καθαρό και οργανωμένο το εστιατόριο σε όλους τους χώρους
- Συντονίζεις με το προσωπικό της κουζίνας και του μπαρ για έγκαιρη παράδοση
- Επικοινωνείς με κουζίνα για ειδικές απαιτήσεις, αλλεργίες και αιτήματα πελατών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Δεξιότητες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
- Γνώση συστημάτων ταμειακής μηχανής (POS)
- Ικανότητες σε σερβίρισμα φαγητού και ποτών
- Κανονισμοί υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και δημιουργίας σχέσεων
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Πολυδιεργασία και ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση
