- Εξυπηρετείς τους πελάτες με ευγένεια και προσοχή κατά τη διάρκεια του γεύματος
- Παρέχεις πληροφορίες για το μενού και απαντάς σε ερωτήσεις σχετικά με φαγητό και ποτά
- Καταχωρείς παραγγελίες και συναλλαγές στο σύστημα POS
- Ολοκληρώνεις τη βάρδια με κλείσιμο αποδείξεων και καταμέτρηση μετρητών και καρτών
- Διατηρείς καθαρό και οργανωμένο το χώρο του εστιατορίου και τους πίσω χώρους
- Συντονίζεσαι με το προσωπικό κουζίνας και μπαρ για έγκαιρη παράδοση παραγγελιών
- Επικοινωνείς με την κουζίνα σχετικά με ερωτήσεις μενού και ειδικές ανάγκες πελατών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών με καλές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και διαπροσωπικής αλληλεπίδρασης
- Χρήση και διαχείριση Συστήματος Ταμειακής Μηχανής (POS)
- Γνώση Κανονισμών Υγιεινής, Ασφάλειας και Καθαριότητας
- Ικανότητα Εργασίας υπό Πίεση και πολλαπλών ταυτόχρονων καθηκόντων
- Οργανωτικές Δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
