- Υποδέχεσαι και καλωσορίζεις τους πελάτες άμεσα και φιλικά, τους συνοδεύεις στο τραπέζι τους
- Ευχαριστείς και αποχαιρετάς τους πελάτες, εκφράζοντας ανυπομονησία για την επόμενη επίσκεψη
- Παρέχεις άμεση και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του γεύματος
- Παρέχεις πληροφορίες σχετικά με το μενού και απαντάς σε ερωτήσεις για φαγητό και ποτά
- Καταχωρείς παραγγελίες και συναλλαγές στα συστήματα Point of Sales (POS)
- Πραγματοποιείς το κλείσιμο βάρδιας στα POS και ελέγχεις τις ταμειακές και πιστωτικές συναλλαγές
- Διατηρείς το εστιατόριο καθαρό και οργανωμένο σε όλους τους χώρους
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την κουζίνα και το μπαρ για την έγκαιρη παράδοση φαγητού και ποτών
- Επικοινωνείς με την κουζίνα για ειδικές απαιτήσεις, αλλεργίες και διατροφικές ανάγκες των πελατών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας
- Συστήματα Ταμείου (POS)
- Κανονισμοί υγείας, ασφάλειας και υγιεινής
- Επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Hospitalityκατά προτίμηση
