- Υποδέχεσαι τους πελάτες και διασφαλίζεις την άνετη τοποθέτησή τους.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αποδοτικά τις λειτουργίες του εστιατορίου για ομαλή λειτουργία.
- Διεξάγεις ενημερώσεις βαρδιών και ενημερώνεις το προσωπικό για ειδικές περιπτώσεις.
- Εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες ελέγχου ποιότητας φαγητού και υπηρεσιών.
- Προωθείς τεχνικές upselling στους πελάτες.
- Ενθαρρύνεις, εκτιμάς και καθοδηγείς την ομάδα για βελτίωση της απόδοσης.
- Διοργανώνεις εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση προσωπικού.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα ωράρια των υπαλλήλων για επαρκή κάλυψη βαρδιών.
- Βοηθάς στην προετοιμασία αναφορών λειτουργικών δεικτών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Δεξιότητες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και επικοινωνίας
- Δεξιότητες εποπτείας και διαχείρισης απόδοσης
- Γνώση προτύπων ασφάλειας τροφίμων
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και δεξιότητες MS Office
- Δεξιότητες σχεδιασμού και οργάνωσης
- Ενημέρωση βάρδιας και τεχνικές upselling
- Εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση προσωπικού
- Πιστοποίηση WSET (επιθυμητή)
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Restaurant Management / Culinary Arts / Related Fieldκατά προτίμηση
