- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του εστιατορίου
- Καλωσορίζεις και καθοδηγείς τους πελάτες σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες τους
- Διατηρείς ορατότητα στον χώρο για την αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Παρέχεις πληροφορίες για το μενού και προωθείς προωθητικές ενέργειες και upselling
- Διοργανώνεις και διαχειρίζεσαι το προσωπικό, τα αποθέματα και τις λειτουργίες
- Πραγματοποιείς ενημερώσεις βάρδιας για ειδικές ανάγκες και περιστατικά
- Εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες ελέγχου ποιότητας τροφίμων και υπηρεσιών
- Αναλύεις και προωθείς τεχνικές upselling στο εστιατόριο
- Εκπαιδεύεις, κινητοποιείς και αξιολογείς το προσωπικό για την απόδοση τους
- Αναθέτεις αρμοδιότητες ανάλογα με τις δεξιότητες και ικανότητες των υπαλλήλων
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα προγράμματα εργασίας για την κατάλληλη κάλυψη των βαρδιών
- Συμμετέχεις στην προετοιμασία αναφορών για τις πωλήσεις και τα λειτουργικά δεδομένα
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση προτύπων ασφάλειας τροφίμων, κανονισμών υγιεινής και διαδικασιών κουζίνας
- Καλή γνώση αγγλικών και χειρισμός MS Office
- Δεξιότητες Management, Εποπτικές δεξιότητες και Διαχείριση απόδοσης
- Δεξιότητες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και Τεχνικές upselling
- Εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη ομάδας, Δεξιότητες προγραμματισμού και οργάνωσης
- Πολυδιεργασία υπό πίεση και Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Restaurant Management / Culinary Arts / Related Fieldκατά προτίμηση
