- Αναβαθμίζεις την εμπειρία πελατών μέσω εξατομικευμένης εξυπηρέτησης και βελτίωσης υπηρεσιών
- Εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες για ποιοτικό έλεγχο τροφίμων και ποτών
- Προωθείς πωλήσεις μέσω στρατηγικών upselling
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την κουζίνα για ανάπτυξη και ανανέωση μενού σύμφωνα με ανάγκες και τάσεις
- Προωθείς ειδικές προσφορές και εκδηλώσεις προκειμένου να αυξήσεις τις πωλήσεις
- Αξιολογείς και ενισχύεις την απόδοση του προσωπικού
- Εκπαιδεύεις, κινητοποιείς και καθοδηγείς το προσωπικό για παροχή υπηρεσιών υψηλού επιπέδου
- Κατανέμεις αρμοδιότητες ανάλογα με τις ικανότητες του προσωπικού
- Εξασφαλίζεις συμμόρφωση με πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων και υγιεινής
- Παρακολουθείς και διατηρείς την καθαριότητα του χώρου εστίασης και κουζίνας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ηγεσία και κινητοποίηση ομάδας
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και επίλυση παραπόνων
- Λειτουργική διαχείριση και χρηματοοικονομικός έλεγχος
- Γνώση προτύπων ασφάλειας τροφίμων και κανονισμών καθαριότητας
- Microsoft Office και επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα
- Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και δημιουργία σχέσεων
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Restaurant Management / Culinary Arts / Related fieldκατά προτίμηση
