- Διαχείριση λειτουργίας εστιατορίου και πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και επίλυση συγκρούσεων
- Microsoft Office και συστήματα POS
- Πολυδιεργασία και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και γλωσσική επάρκεια στα Αγγλικά
- Ευελιξία και πρόσληψη και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Restaurant Management / Culinary Artsκατά προτίμηση
