Τι θα κάνεις
- Επιβλέπεις τις καθημερινές λειτουργίες του εστιατορίου για ομαλή λειτουργία.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και λύνεις παράπονα ή ανησυχίες.
- Εφαρμόζεις στρατηγικές εξυπηρέτησης για ενίσχυση της ικανοποίησης των πελατών.
- Συντονίζεις την ομάδα, πραγματοποιώντας ενημερώσεις για βάρδια, ειδικές ανάγκες και προσφορές.
- Ελέγχεις την ποιότητα και παρουσίαση των τροφίμων και ποτών.
- Προωθείς πωλήσεις και εφαρμογή προωθητικών ενεργειών.
- Εκπαιδεύεις, αξιολογείς και κινητοποιείς το προσωπικό σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα της επιχείρησης.
- Εξασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με πρότυπα υγιεινής, ασφάλειας τροφίμων και καθαριότητας.
- Πραγματοποιείς επιθεωρήσεις για διασφάλιση ασφαλούς περιβάλλοντος για πελάτες και προσωπικό.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών με δεξιότητες δημιουργίας σχέσεων και επικοινωνίας
- Ηγεσία και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού για διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη ομάδας
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και πολυδιεργασία υπό πίεση
- Πρότυπα Ασφάλειας Τροφίμων, Συμμόρφωση Υγιεινής και Ποιοτικός Έλεγχος Τροφίμων και Ποτών
- Microsoft Office και POS Σύστημα για καθημερινή διαχείριση
- Οργανωτικές Ικανότητες και Επίλυση Συγκρούσεων
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Restaurant Management / Culinary Artsκατά προτίμηση
