Τι θα κάνεις
- Εγκαθιστάς, συνδέεις και αντιμετωπίζεις προβλήματα σε τεχνολογικό εξοπλισμό δωματίων.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι καλωδιώσεις, συνδέσμους, δικτυακά σημεία και συστήματα χαμηλής τάσης.
- Ελέγχεις συσκευές και συνδέσεις και αναφέρεις με σαφήνεια τα προβλήματα στην απομακρυσμένη ομάδα IT.
- Παρέχεις βασική καθημερινή υποστήριξη Η/Υ στα τμήματα των ξενοδοχείων.
- Υποστηρίζεις νέα ανοίγματα ξενοδοχείων και τους πρώτους μήνες λειτουργίας.
- Διατηρείς τον τεχνικό εξοπλισμό σε καλή κατάσταση και επισημαίνεις τις ελαττωματικές συσκευές για αντικατάσταση.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Τεχνική εγκατάσταση και αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων
- Συστήματα χαμηλής τάσης, CCTV, συναγερμού, TV και δορυφορικής λήψης
- Δομημένη καλωδίωση, δικτυακά σημεία και βασικές γνώσεις δικτύων
- Συστήματα τηλεφωνίας και υποστήριξη ξενοδοχειακής τεχνολογίας
- Υποστήριξη Η/Υ και αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων συσκευών
- Αγγλικά και οδήγηση
- Ηλεκτρολογικές και Ηλεκτρονικές Εγκαταστάσειςκατά προτίμηση
