Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρέχεις γενική υποστήριξη στα τμήματα του πλοίου για συστήματα και διαδικασίες.
- Εκτελείς τις καθημερινές λειτουργίες σύμφωνα με τα Run Books και την τεχνική τεκμηρίωση.
- Υποστηρίζεις το πλήρωμα στη διατήρηση σταθμών εργασίας, PC, τερματικών πωλήσεων, καλωδιώσεων, server και συναφούς hardware.
- Ανταποκρίνεσαι άμεσα σε αιτήματα χρηστών και σε κρίσιμες ανάγκες υποστήριξης συστημάτων.
- Παρέχεις βασική εκπαίδευση και υποστήριξη στη χρήση λογισμικού PC και λογισμικού διαχείρισης καταλύματος.
- Υποστηρίζεις τεχνικό εξοπλισμό επισκεπτών, τηλέφωνα, τηλεοράσεις και Digital Signage.
- Υποστηρίζεις επισκέπτες σε συσκευές, συνδέσεις Wi-Fi και την εφαρμογή Viking Voyager.
- Λειτουργείς ως σύνδεσμος IT για τους επισκέπτες.
- Ενημερώνεις την ηγετική ομάδα για ζητήματα και πολιτικές IT που επηρεάζουν τη λειτουργία του πλοίου.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση IT συστημάτων και λειτουργίες IT
- Υποστήριξη τελικών χρηστών και τεχνικό troubleshooting
- Υλικό και λογισμικό IT, συντήρηση PC και υποστήριξη server και συναφούς hardware
- Συστήματα δικτύων και καλωδίωσης και troubleshooting Wi-Fi
- Λογισμικό διαχείρισης καταλύματος και MXP
- PC-based βάσεις δεδομένων, υπολογιστικά φύλλα και συστήματα επεξεργασίας κειμένου
- Πληροφορικήκατά προτίμηση

Viking was founded in 1997 with the vision that travel could be more destination focused and culturally immersive.
The company expanded into the American market in 2000, establishing a sales and marketing office in Los Angeles, California. Since then, Viking has grown to a fleet of more than 90 vessels, offering river, ocean and expedition voyages on all seven continents. Viking provides destination-focused itineraries for curious travelers, with each journey including a shore excursion in every port and an onboard and onshore enrichment program that provides deep immersion in the destination through performances of music and art, cooking demonstrations, informative port talks and carefully selected guest lecturers.
