- Υποδέχεσαι τους επισκέπτες κατά την άφιξή τους.
- Παρέχεις άψογες και υψηλού επιπέδου υπηρεσίες φιλοξενίας.
- Καταγράφεις το feedback των πελατών και προτείνεις ενέργειες βελτίωσης της συνολικής αξιολόγησης.
- Ανταποκρίνεσαι στις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών και προβλέπεις τις ανεκδήλωτες ανάγκες τους.
- Παρακολουθείς τις καθημερινές κρατήσεις και διασφαλίζεις την προετοιμασία των assigned sunbeds πριν από το check-in.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι άμεσα τα αιτήματα των επισκεπτών.
- Ακούς ενεργά και επιλύεις παράπονα.
- Συντονίζεις την επικοινωνία μεταξύ επισκεπτών και προσωπικού και παρακολουθείς την επίλυση θεμάτων.
- Ενημερώνεις τους πελάτες για τις διαθέσιμες υπηρεσίες.
- Προωθείς όλες τις παροχές και τις διευκολύνσεις.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την ομάδα guest relations και διασφαλίζεις την τήρηση προτύπων και διαδικασιών.
