- Υποδέχεσαι πελάτες κατά την άφιξή τους
- Εντοπίζεις τάσεις, ανάγκες και ειδικά αιτήματα πελατών πριν την άφιξη
- Ενημερώνεις πελάτες για τις εγκαταστάσεις και προωθείς υπηρεσίες ξενοδοχείου
- Διασφαλίζεις την ικανοποίηση και διαχειρίζεσαι απαιτήσεις πελατών
- Ελέγχεις δωμάτια πριν την άφιξη πελάτη
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και επιλύεις επείγοντα / έκτακτα περιστατικά
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών ή/και άλλης ξένης γλώσσας (γαλλικά, γερμανικά)
- Επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση σε ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες 5 αστέρων
- Γνώση συστήματος OPERA και χρήση Η/Υ
- Ευγένεια με φιλική και ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα
- Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας και συνεργασίας
