Τι θα κάνεις
- Βοηθάς στην προετοιμασία υλικών πλένοντας, καθαρίζοντας και κόβοντας.
- Μαγειρεύεις και παρουσιάζεις πιάτα σύμφωνα με συνταγές και οδηγίες.
- Διατηρείς καθαριότητα και οργάνωση στην κουζίνα, καθαρίζοντας εξοπλισμό και χώρο εργασίας.
- Κρατάς τον χώρο εργασίας καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια βάρδιας.
- Αποθηκεύεις πρώτες ύλες υπό κατάλληλες συνθήκες για διατήρηση ποιότητας.
- Παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα υλικών και αναφέρεις ανάγκες αναπλήρωσης.
- Συντονίζεις την ομάδα κουζίνας για ομαλή ροή εργασιών αναλαμβάνοντας καθήκοντα.
- Αναφέρεις προβλήματα εξοπλισμού ή προμηθειών στους ανωτέρους άμεσα.
- Υποστηρίζεις την εκπαίδευση νέων μελών στην προετοιμασία και διαδικασίες κουζίνας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώσεις τεχνικών μαγειρικής και λειτουργίας κουζίνας.
- Εφαρμογή προτύπων ασφάλειας τροφίμων και κανονισμών καθαριότητας.
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και αλλεργιογόνων.
- Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και διαχείρισης χρόνου.
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδικότητα.
- Δεξιότητες οργάνωσης και εκπαίδευσης προσωπικού.
- Γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας.
