Τι θα κάνεις
- Προετοιμάζεις υλικά πλένοντας, ξεφλουδίζοντας, τεμαχίζοντας και μετρώντας τα.
- Μαγειρεύεις και παρουσιάζεις πιάτα σύμφωνα με συνταγές και οδηγίες.
- Διατηρείς την κουζίνα, τον εξοπλισμό και τους σταθμούς εργασίας καθαρούς και οργανωμένους.
- Απορρίπτεις τακτικά τα απόβλητα και καθαρίζεις τις επιφάνειες εργασίας.
- Αποθηκεύεις τις πρώτες ύλες σε κατάλληλους χώρους και θερμοκρασίες.
- Παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα υλικών και αναφέρεις έγκαιρα τις ανάγκες αναπλήρωσης.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα κουζίνας για την ομαλή ροή εργασιών και την ολοκλήρωση προετοιμασιών.
- Αναφέρεις άμεσα προβλήματα εξοπλισμού, παραγγελιών ή προμηθειών στον Υπεύθυνο ή τον Sous Chef.
- Συμμετέχεις στην εκπαίδευση νεότερων μελών στην προετοιμασία ροφημάτων και την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Προετοιμασία τροφίμων και μαγείρεμα και παρουσίαση πιάτων
- Πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων, κανονισμοί υγιεινής και διαδικασίες κουζίνας
- Διαχείριση αλλεργιογόνων και τεχνικές μαγειρικής
- Λειτουργία κουζίνας, συμπεριλαμβανομένων περιβαλλόντων υψηλού όγκου ή fine dining
- Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων υλικών και αποθήκευση πρώτων υλών
- Καθαριότητα κουζίνας, απόρριψη αποβλήτων και Αγγλικά
- Γαστρονομικές Τέχνεςκατά προτίμηση
