Τι θα κάνεις
- Προετοιμάζεις και μαγειρεύεις ποικιλία πιάτων σύμφωνα με συνταγές και μερίδες.
- Ελέγχεις την ποιότητα κατά το μαγείρεμα και προσαρμόζεις καρυκεύματα και υλικά.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τον Head Chef ή Executive Chef για νέα πιάτα και εποχικά μενού.
- Προσαρμόζεις τα πιάτα στις προτιμήσεις και τις διατροφικές απαιτήσεις των επισκεπτών.
- Συντονίζεσαι με την ομάδα κουζίνας για έγκαιρη εξυπηρέτηση.
- Εκπαιδεύεις λιγότερο έμπειρους μάγειρες και μέλη της ομάδας κουζίνας.
- Μοιράζεσαι γνώσεις για τεχνικές μαγειρικής και βέλτιστες πρακτικές.
- Διατηρείς την κουζίνα καθαρή και οργανωμένη και τηρείς τους κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Προχωρημένες μαγειρικές δεξιότητες και τεχνικές μαγειρικής και κουζίνες.
- Προετοιμασία και μαγείρεμα φαγητών και λειτουργία κουζίνας.
- Ασφάλεια τροφίμων, κανονισμοί υγιεινής τροφίμων και διαδικασίες κουζίνας.
- Ποιοτικός έλεγχος και διατροφικές απαιτήσεις.
- Εκπαίδευση και mentoring και διαχείριση χρόνου.
- Αγγλική γλώσσα, MS Office και δεξιότητες χρήσης υπολογιστών.
- Γαστρονομικές Τέχνεςκατά προτίμηση
