- Προετοιμάζεις και μαγειρεύεις ποικιλία πιάτων με έμφαση στην ποιότητα και παρουσίαση
- Παρακολουθείς την ποιότητα τροφίμων και ρυθμίζεις τις γεύσεις κατά τη διάρκεια του μαγειρέματος
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τον αρχιμάγειρα για ανάπτυξη νέων πιάτων και εκτέλεση ειδικών μενού
- Συντονίζεις με το προσωπικό κουζίνας για ομαλή και έγκαιρη εξυπηρέτηση
- Καθοδηγείς και εκπαιδεύεις νεότερους μάγειρες στην τεχνική και πρακτικές κουζίνας
- Διατηρείς υψηλά πρότυπα καθαριότητας και οργάνωσης σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πτυχίο μαγειρικής ή αντίστοιχο και γνώση τεχνικών μαγειρικής
- Εφαρμογή πρότυπων ασφάλειας τροφίμων και κανόνων υγιεινής
- Γνώση διαδικασιών κουζίνας και τήρηση συνταγών
- Έλεγχος μερίδων και ανάπτυξη μενού σε συνεργασία
- Καθοδήγηση προσωπικού και οργάνωση κουζίνας
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, διαχείριση χρόνου, διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών και γνώση MS Office
- Culinary Artsκατά προτίμηση
