We are currently looking for a Junior Integration Consultant with a strong inclination towards Innovation to join our dynamic and highly motivating Human Capital HR Strategy & Technology team in Thessaloniki.

During your tenure as a Junior Integration Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Support the delivery of international and/or multinational projects, contributing to the implementation of modern enterprise and HR technology solutions.

• Participate in the design and development of system integrations and platform extensions, including exposure to AI-enabled features.

• Assist in analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

• Contribute to integration development using APIs, data formats, and middleware platforms.

• Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across environments.

• Assist in preparing technical documentation, solution designs, and project deliverables.

• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and developers in an agile environment.

• Participate in training programs, certifications, and continuous learning initiatives.

#Our Requirements

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

• Knowledge of web technologies and integration concepts (e.g. APIs, JSON, REST).

• Exposure to at least one programming or scripting language (e.g. JavaScript, Java, PHP, Python).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms or Platform-as-a-Service environments is a plus.

• Understanding of agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum).

• Comfortable using standard office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Bonus Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of enterprise systems or business applications.

• Exposure to HR systems or digital transformation projects.

• Experience working in a team-based or consulting-style environment.
