As a Software Validation Consultant in our Strategy Risk & Transactions Advisory department, you you'll be guiding life sciences and pharmaceutical clients through complex Computer System Validation (CSV) projects. Your work directly impacts product safety, regulatory approval, and client success—ensuring that mission-critical systems meet regulatory and industry standards. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and managing risks that impact our clients business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and share your insights for IT quality and compliance.

You will in be part of a team that is responsible to:

• Lead CSV initiatives for GxP regulated systems (LIMS, ERP, Manufacturing systems, clinical systems) by developing validation strategies and Provide guidance and support on computer system validation (CSV) and software assurance;

• Advice on regulatory compliance (e.g. FDA, Part 11, Annex 11), IT quality and CSV helping clients navigate evolving regulatory guidance & requirements, and industry standards while building sustainable validation processes into their software development lifecycle (SDLC);

• Design and execute validation programs** aligned with GAMP 5 best practices, working closely with client IT, quality, and business teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable validation plans and test protocols.

• Create and maintain validation deliverables, such as validation plans, risk assessments, user requirements, test protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), traceability matrices and validation reports that guide clients through regulatory audits and inspections.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have the following requirements:

• You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Computer Science Engineering, Sciences, Bachelor in Informatics;

• You understand that in regulated industries, system validation isn't just technical—it's a business-critical compliance requirement. 

• You see technology as a business enabler and have an interest in the latest trends and emerging validation methods.

• You are keen on daily interaction and close collaboration with the client.

• You are analytical, proactive and know how to tackle a problem.

• You adapt easily to changing circumstances as you enjoy new challenges every day.

• You are a team player and you communicate smoothly;

• You have a sound knowledge of English other languages are a plus e.g. French, and have an excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, …).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in computer system validation (CSV) or life science industry is a plus;
