Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εμπειρία σε Integration Suites ή Platform-as-a-Service ή ανάπτυξη web εφαρμογών
- Γνώση agile μεθοδολογιών ανάπτυξης λογισμικού όπως Scrum
- Διαχειρίζεσαι Office εργαλεία (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio)
- Χρήση τεχνικών εργαλείων όπως HTML, JSON, APIs, OData, PHP, Javascript
- Ικανότητες ηγεσίας
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο
- Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Business Administrationκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are currently looking for a HR Strategy & Technology Consultant with a strong inclination towards Innovation to join our dynamic and highly motivating Human Capital HR Strategy & Technology team in Thessaloniki.

During your tenure as a HR Strategy & Technology Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
• Deliver international and/or multinational projects, implementing the most innovative HR solutions.
• Lead teams of more junior people, providing coaching and on-the-job training to internal team members.
• Lead Client meetings, analyzing business and process requirements, and identifying/resolving gaps.
• Develop end to end Integrations and solution extensions, including AI features.
• Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required.
• Update and grow your technology certifications.
• Develop your leadership skills leveraging on Deloitte training to boost your career.
#Our Requirements
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, and Business Administration.
• Professional experience in working on Integration Suites (SAP CPI, Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.) or Platform-as-a-Service (SAP BTP, Servicenow) or developing web-based applications.
• Experience in working within an agile development environment and working knowledge of agile software development methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum.
• Proven experience using Office tools: Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio.
• Proven experience using technical tools such as HTML, json, APIs, OData,PHP, Javascript, etc.
• Strong technical and functional leadership skills.
• Very good knowledge of English both written and verbal.
Bonus Qualifications
• 1.5+ years of HR Technology Implementation experience in at least 4 end-to-end implementation projects.
• Candidates who are SAP SuccessFactors certified are highly recommended to apply.
• Experience in a consulting firm.
