- Ετοιμάζεις και ψήνεις διάφορα αρτοσκευάσματα, όπως ψωμί και γλυκίσματα, τηρώντας τα πρότυπα ποιότητας και παρουσίασης.
- Διατηρείς καθαρό και οργανωμένο χώρο εργασίας ακολουθώντας πρακτικές υγιεινής και απολύμανσης.
- Συμμετέχεις στην ανάπτυξη νέων συνταγών και μενού με έμφαση σε εποχικά υλικά και σύγχρονες τάσεις.
- Παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα πρώτων υλών για την διασφάλιση φρεσκάδας και ποιότητας.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό κουζίνας για την έγκαιρη παραγωγή και εξυπηρέτηση αρτοσκευασμάτων ιδιαίτερα σε περιόδους αυξημένου φόρτου εργασίας.
- Συμμετέχεις ενεργά σε μέτρα ελέγχου ποιότητας για να διασφαλιστεί η συνέπεια και η τελειότητα των προϊόντων.
- Τηρείς τα προγράμματα παραγωγής προσαρμόζοντάς τα ανάλογα με ειδικές παραγγελίες ή εκδηλώσεις.
- Αναπτύσσεις συνεχώς τις δεξιότητές σου στην αρτοποιία μέσω διαρκούς εκμάθησης και βελτίωσης.

- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας

- Πιστοποίηση αρτοζαχαροπλαστικής

As a Baker A & B, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of high-quality baked goods, contributing directly to our culinary offerings and guest satisfaction. Your skills in baking and dough preparation will help shape Conrad Athens The Ilisian’s reputation for excellence in both taste and presentation.
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a wide array of items, including bread, pastries, and other baked goods, ensuring adherence to the hotel's quality and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
Assist in the creation and development of new recipes and menu items, focusing on seasonal ingredients and contemporary trends in baking.
Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely production and service of baked goods, particularly during high-volume service periods.
Participate actively in quality control measures to ensure the consistency and excellence of all baked items produced.
Adhere to production schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate special orders or events.
Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance baking skills and techniques.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a baker in a luxury hotel, bakery, or fine dining restaurant.
Certification in baking or pastry arts.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Team player with good communication skills, fluent in Greek and English.
