- Υποστηρίζεις τις καθημερινές λειτουργίες cloud υποδομών στο Google Cloud Platform
- Παρακολουθείς την υγεία ζωντανών μεταδόσεων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων CDN performance, adaptive bitrate delivery και playback QoS, και επισημαίνεις ανωμαλίες
- Συμμετέχεις σε ροές incident response και κλιμάκωσης μέσω Jira Service Management και εφημεριών
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εξωτερικούς vendors και παρόχους monitoring για ενοποιήσεις και αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων
- Γράφεις και συντηρείς scripts για monitoring, alerting και reporting
- Συμβάλλεις στην τεκμηρίωση υποδομών, στα runbooks και στο υλικό scope of work του NOC
