- Παρακολουθείς συμπεριφορά παικτών και δημιουργείς εξατομικευμένες προσφορές για αύξηση εμπλοκής
- Οργανώνεις VIP εκδηλώσεις, συμπεριλαμβανομένων δώρων, ταξιδιών και συνεργατών
- Ενημερώνεις μηνιαίως τμήματα VIP και διαχειρίζεσαι αναφορές απόδοσης, κόστους και συμμόρφωσης
- Ενημερώνεσαι για τάσεις της βιομηχανίας και δραστηριότητες ανταγωνιστών στον τομέα VIP management
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ικανότητες στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και ανάπτυξη σχέσεων με VIP πελάτες
- Ικανότητες διαχείρισης δεδομένων και ανάλυσης συμπεριφοράς παικτών
- Ικανότητες στρατηγικής marketing και διοργάνωσης εκδηλώσεων
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και λήψης αποφάσεων σε πραγματικό χρόνο
- Ευελιξία ωραρίου εργασίας και προσαρμογή σε γρήγορο περιβάλλον
- Μάρκετινγκ / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων
