The successful candidate will support an existing application within Chubb with both existing data feeds into the application, and to set up new data feeds into the application as required. The role requires the successful candidate to be able to work with data analysts/architects, business sponsors, business analysts and the IT PM to understand fully data requirements. In addition, the successful candidate will work the IT departments to organize job scheduling, organize access to the relevant Data Marts or Databases, and to manage any related service accounts and service account password management.  Responsibilities Data Project Lifecycle administration – when adding new data feeds to the target data consumer application best practice ETL processes/standards must be followed. Scripting - able to script data extraction jobs from multiple data sources both in the AIP data platform (data marts) or directly from source system databases. Also should be able to script administration/housekeeping activities.  Data Logic - able to collate data extractions into Netezza and if required apply data manipulation logic (e.g currency conversion to USD) before loading into the target consumer database.  Optimization - able to optimize and performance tune extraction scripts.  Automation - good working knowledge of Automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible and Shell scripting Communication - good communication skills are key to the success of this role. Security Standards - working with architects & technical leads to ensure that all data security protocols are applied. Qualifications Qualifications  Degree/Baccalaureate education level.  Experience in Linux, ETL and Data administration in a corporate environment. Able to demonstrate strong expertise in ETL scripting for purposes of administration and data extraction from various sources. Common databases at Chubb are SQL & DB2, the AIP data marts, also some limited use of MongoDB. To support this transformation, the P&C IT team is growing to ensure and support the delivery of our systems to a high-quality standard and to enhance the engagement with the business.  Responsibilities: Designing, developing, and deploying BizTalk solutions using best practices. Developing and configuring custom pipelines, orchestrations, adapters, maps, and schemas in BizTalk Server. Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to BizTalk solutions. Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, operational procedures, and documentation for support teams. Collaborate with the scrum master and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define application functionality. Review and recommend improvements to existing system designs and engineering processes. Stay updated with the latest features and industry trends. Qualifications Qualifications: A Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or another related field. At least 5 years of experience as a BizTalk developer, including hands-on experience with BizTalk Server 2016 or later versions.  Strong knowledge and understanding of BizTalk Server architecture, including the use of BizTalk administration and Developer Tools. Proficiency in developing and configuring custom pipelines, orchestrations, adapters, maps, and schemas in BizTalk. Experience in developing and deploying BizTalk solutions using continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies. Knowledge of message-based integration patterns, enterprise service bus (ESB) architecture, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) concepts. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, such as SQL Server, .NET Framework, and Visual Studio. Experience in working with web services and integrating with various systems, such as databases, ERP systems, and CRM systems. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving issues related to BizTalk solutions. Excellent communication skills in English for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting technical specifications. Experience with tracking tools like Jira. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. The following will be considered a plus:  Experience in the Insurance or Banking Sectors.  Experience in Microsoft BizTalk Server (BizTalk Server Adapter pack, BizTalk BAM, EDI and HIPAA 5010). Experience with source version control, preferably GitHub. Responsibilities: • Work with Engineering teams to standardize on the Monitoring logging framework. Build automation in the science logic platform to integrate with Azure Monitor. • Work on the cloud transformation projects across cloud engineering to provide automation and self-service. • Provide operational support for the Azure Infrastructure including PaaS and IaaS, as well as Kubernetes platform (on-prem and Azure AKS). • Participate in global Cloud Engineering on-call rotation to provide assistance during major production issues from an engineering perspective. • Manage day to day ServiceNow queue and make sure all incidents are assigned and worked upon • Manage Incidents and changes as requested by Applications teams for Azure and Kubernetes. • Attend escalations from support teams and provide assistance during major production issues from an engineering perspective. • Build Operational capabilities around the Kubernetes and Cloud platform for handing over to Operations after release. • Find opportunities of siloed manual tasks and build automation to remove manual work. • Document and Design controls and governance policies around container platform and automate deployments of the policies. • Manage the end user collaboration using village site and conduct regular sessions to educate end users on services and automation capabilities. • Drive adoption of the Kubernetes platform (on-prem) as well as Azure (AKS). • Implement automation and self-service capabilities using CI/CD pipelines for Infrastructure. Qualifications Qualifications • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field • Minimum of 8+ year experience in IT automation with 2 years supporting Azure based cloud automation and 2 years of Kubernetes and Docker. • Desirable, Relevant Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes Certifications • Experience with large cloud transformation projects preferably in Azure. • Experience of Change and Incident management through ITIL tools such as ServiceNow. • Extensive experience with cloud platform mainly Azure. Worked with IAM, Loadbalancers, AppGateway, NSG, Storage Account, KeyVault and/or HashiCorp Vault. • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as SL, ELK and Prometheus and change management tool such as ServiceNow. • Implementation experience of secure transports using TLS and encryption along with authentication/authorization flow. • Ability to work in both Windows and Linux environment with Containers platform such as Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, GKS. • Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and pipelines preferably using Terraform, Ansible, Bash and Jenkins and provide test automation. • DevOps experience with ability to use GitHub, Jenkins and Nexus for pipeline automation and artifact management. • Desirable, Experience with microservices distributed application architecture and scripting language like Python, PowerShell etc. Our team makes the difference, every time. As a Service Engineer, based in Athens or Thessaloniki premises, you will execute service work with low to medium complexity in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. As a Transportation Shift Coordinator, you will be member of the Transportation Division and you will actively participate and coordinate a large range of transportation operations.
