Operational experience in managing Safety, Health & Environment issues at a facility/local level. Practical experience of local S&H priorities, eg driving safety, machinery safety, ergonomics, health, contractor management, process safety. Practical experience of local environmental priorities, eg management of energy/carbon, water and waste. Implementation of improvements through influencing others. Working in, and leading, cross-functional teams. Project management skills.
