Κατά τη διάρκεια αυτού του βιωματικού ταξιδιού, όλοι οι σπουδαστές θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να παρακολουθήσουν βασικά αναπτυξιακά προγράμματα και παράλληλα να συμμετέχουν σε πραγματικά projects! …κάτι παραπάνω από μια Πρακτική Άσκηση… Μια πρακτική άσκηση έχει ως βασικότερο σκοπό την απόκτηση εμπειρίας και τη γνωριμία με την εργασιακή καθημερινότητα ενός Οργανισμού. Το πρόγραμμα πρακτικής άσκησης στον Όμιλο Επιχειρήσεων Σαρακάκη προσφέρει στους σπουδαστές: Έκθεση σε πραγματικές συνθήκες εργασίας. Ανάληψη ουσιαστικών καθηκόντων βάσει προκαθορισμένων περιγραφών θέσεων. Συστηματική καθοδήγηση, on the job training και ανατροφοδότηση. Υποστήριξη και καθοδήγηση από εξειδικευμένα στελέχη HR. Μέσα από την εμπειρία της πρακτικής άσκησης τα οφέλη είναι πολλά: Ένταξη στην αγορά εργασίας Απόκτηση επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε εξειδικευμένους τομείς Εφαρμογή γνώσεων στην πράξη Ενίσχυση αυτογνωσίας και αυτοβελτίωση Για τους φοιτητές που θέλουν να κάνουν την πρακτική τους άσκηση στον Όμιλο Επιχειρήσεων Σαρακάκη, η διαδικασία είναι απλή: Είσαι φοιτητής ΑΕΙ; Τα βήματα είναι: Επικοινωνία των ενδιαφερόμενων σπουδαστών με το γραφείο πρακτικής άσκησης του πανεπιστημίου σχετικά με τη διαδικασία ένταξης στο επιδοτούμενο πρόγραμμα. Ολοκλήρωση των προβλεπόμενων ενεργειών για την έγκριση αίτησης από το γραφείο πρακτικής άσκησης. Σύνδεση στην πλατφόρμα ΑΤΛΑΣ όπου αναρτώνται όλες οι διαθέσιμες θέσεις πρακτικής άσκησης του Ομίλου και υποβολή αίτησης. Είσαι φοιτητής ΑΤΕΙ; Τα βήματα είναι: Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης σε δύο περιόδους, από 1η Οκτωβρίου-31η Μαρτίου και από 1η Απριλίου-30η Σεπτεμβρίου με συγκεκριμένο αντικείμενο σπουδών. Επικοινωνία των ενδιαφερόμενων φοιτητών με το γραφείο πρακτικής άσκησης του ΑΤΕΙ για καθοδήγηση σχετικά με τη διαδικασία υποβολής αίτησης στον Όμιλο. Η έναρξη κάθε περιόδου ανακοινώνεται μέσω επίσημων ενημερώσεων των ΑΤΕΙ. Είσαι φοιτητής ΙΕΚ; Τα βήματα είναι: Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης συνολικής διάρκειας 960 ωρών, μπορεί να πραγματοποιείται μετά την ολοκλήρωση των δύο πρώτων εξαμήνων σπουδών και μπορεί να είναι είτε συνεχόμενη είτε τμηματική. Επικοινωνία των ενδιαφερόμενων σπουδαστών με το Γραφείο Σταδιοδρομίας του ΙΕΚ για καθοδήγηση σχετικά με τη διαδικασία υποβολής αίτησης στον Όμιλο. As a Production Trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to lay the foundation for a successful career.
