Παρακολούθηση Ποιότητας: Διασφαλίζει την άριστη ποιότητα των προϊόντων, την εξυπηρέτηση και τη συμμόρφωση στις διαδικασίες. Νέα Καταστήματα: Αναλαμβάνει το στήσιμο και την εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού σε νέα καταστήματα. Υποστήριξη Προσωπικού: Επιδιορθώνει τεχνικά θέματα και παρακολουθεί την εφαρμογή νέων διαδικασιών. Τοπική Προβολή: Υποστηρίζει και αξιολογεί ενέργειες τοπικού marketing. Αξιολόγηση Ενεργειών: Συγκεντρώνει δεδομένα και παρακολουθεί την αποτελεσματικότητα των ενεργειών. Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα: Πιστοποίηση SCA ή παρακολούθηση εγκεκριμένων σεμιναρίων barista. Προϋπηρεσία 2-4 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση, κατά προτίμηση στον χώρο της εστίασης. Επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες. Καλή γνώση MS Office και δυνατότητα ταξιδιών. Ικανότητα εκπαίδευσης και μετάδοσης γνώσης.
